Ice rink discount

Receive 15% off your ice rink tickets when you dine out during the Ballarat Winter Festival.  

Simply collect a discount code from any Ballarat hospitality or tourism business when you spend $25 or more to receive 15% off your ice rink tickets.  

Terms and Conditions: 

• This competition is being promoted by the City of Ballarat.

Discount Period 

• Discount redeemable online from 12am (AEST) Wednesday 5 June 2024  
• Discount offer ends at 8:30pm (AEST) on Sunday 21 July 2024 

Discount  

• Spend $25 (including GST) or more at any Ballarat hospitality or tourism business to receive an ice rink discount code.  
• Discount code redeemable when purchasing tickets online. A receipt to the value of $25 or more must be presented as proof of purchase when attending your ice rink session. 
• Discount code redeemable at the ice rink for discount on tickets that have not been prebooked online. A receipt to the minimum value of $25 must be presented as proof of purchase. Subject to ticket availability.  
• Where proof of purchase to the value of $25 is not provided, the 15% discount becomes invalid. An additional 15% of the pre-purchased ticket price must be paid in venue. Applicable to discount codes redeemed in venue and online.  

Eligibility 

• Purchase to the minimum value of $25 must be made between 12:01am on Wednesday 5 June 2024 and 11:59pm Sunday 21 July 2024, and proof of purchase receipt retained and presented as proof of purchase. 
• Receipts for purchases made outside of these dates will be deemed invalid. 
• Where a physical discount code is not available, a receipt to the minimum value of $25 will be accepted when purchasing tickets at the Ice Rink (subject to availability). A 15% discount will not be available online without a discount code.  
• Ballarat hospitality or tourism business’ means a business located within the City of Ballarat municipal area and ordinarily trading in food, drink, hospitality, entertainment and/or tourist attraction. City of Ballarat may in its absolute discretion determine whether a business is considered a ‘Ballarat hospitality or tourism business’ for the purpose of this discount offer. 
• The City of Ballarat reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of a promotion participant and to disqualify any participant that does not meet the Eligibility Criteria. 
• Employees of the City of Ballarat (not including contractors), and their immediate families, are ineligible to redeem this offer. 

Limitation of Liability 

• To the extent permitted by law, the City of Ballarat (and their respective officers, contractors, employees, agents and representatives) will not be liable for any personal injury, loss (including loss of opportunity), damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss), cost, expense or claim arising from or in relation to the discount promotion.  

Variation to Offer  

• The City of Ballarat may in its absolute discretion, but subject to State and Territory laws, modify, suspend, cancel, recommence or extend this discount promotion as appropriate if: 
• for any reason, this discount promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical, hardware or software failures or interferences, or changes to third party sites or platforms, which affect the administration, operation, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion; 
• the level of interest or participation in the promotion is insufficient or there has been some delay in commencing the promotion.
